October 2024 – Circle City Outdoor has sold 7 static billboard faces in Indiana to JR Promotions.  Circle City Outdoor General Manager Duane Fredrickson had this to say: “The sale of our remaining Indiana billboards to JR Promotions allows Circle City to focus our money and time on growing our Minnesota plant.  Ric Sprague at JR Promotions was a man of his word and was easy to work with on the sale.”  This transaction follows on a March 2023 transaction in which Circle City Outdoor sold 22 static billboards faces to JR Promotions.     Circle City Outdoor retains a digital and static billboard plant with 41 total billboard faces located south of Minneapolis St Paul.
